Bridget Osicki. Bridget has over 28 year’s experience in handling redundancy situations and other HR issues in engineering, computing, catering and local government. She is a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and for some years has worked as a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Gloucestershire. She is now a practicing HR Consultant specializing in small to medium sized businesses.
What format does the product come in?
The redundancy advice package comes in the form of an audio consultation which talks you through the process step-by-step and can be listened to on your computer or downloaded to use elsewhere. Also included is an accompanying e-Book which is offered in pdf format for quick reference.
We have recently added five pro forma letters to the package to help you complete your administration and records. The letters can be purchased separately (see Redundancy Letters).
How long do I have to wait before I can access the consultation?
Once your payment is processed, clicking "Return To Merchant" in PayPal will direct you to the download page where you may start the download your files immediately.
It can take up to fifteen minutes to download the audio files, although it is often much faster. The e-Book and letters will download more quickly.
During this period, you can work in other Windows, but should not close the download page until the process is completed!
How do I pay?
We process our orders through the PayPal checkout as this ensures total security for our customers and means that we have no part in handling any credit card or other personal financial information.
When you log in and click the Buy Now button, you will be taken to the PayPal website.
You do not need to have a PayPal account.
You will be given the option to use a credit or debit card, or to log into your PayPal account if you have one.
We have no access to this part of the process, and you will be taken back to the download page on our site once the payment has been cleared.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Since our web-site is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is sent to the customer. You acknowledge this by purchasing the product.
We will, of course, make exceptions to this rule should the product appear to be not-as-described, or if there is some other good reason for the customer to feel dissatisfied. Any claims will be decided on a case by case basis
The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the shipping date. Please notify us of any claim via the Contact Us page.
